Shipping policy

During busy periods, it may take up to 7 working days to process your order, please understand that we are operating around our scheduled Castle opening hours so there may be some delays at times but we endeavour to get your orders out as quickly as we can to you.

Please bare this in mind if you are looking to order something with a short time frame in mind.

Christmas

Please note that any orders placed now will not be delivered until after Christmas. Kindly bear this in mind when placing orders to avoid disappointment.

Deliveries

All our standard deliveries are sent via Royal Mail's Second Class Delivery (2-3 working days), please be aware that delays caused by delivery partners & public holidays are beyond our control and we ask for your patience awaiting the arrival of your order.
