Annual Pass Discount Terms & Conditions

• Discount codes must be used at the time of placing order. Discounts cannot be added once you have completed your purchase.
• Annual Pass discount is for use by person named on the Annual Pass only. Attempted use by another person or obtaining a discount which you are not entitled to will be deemed as misuse. Misuse, regardless of reason will result in the pass being revoked without return or refund.
• EXEMPTIONS: Please be aware that certain items are exempt from discount (including, but not limited to, the Zog range, already discounted products).
• TERMS OF USE: Warwick Castle reserves the right to pause or cancel any orders placed using discount codes for verification at any time. If this occurs, we will contact the customer via email for clarification.
